How to revoke a token

Revoking a token invalidates the certificates associated with its Unique ID.

Revoking a token is necessary if

• you have lost the token,
• you suspect that it has been compromised,
• the token user has left your organisation.

There are three ways to revoke a token:

1. Log in with the suspect token and revoke it.
2. Log in with a technical token and revoke the suspect token.
3. Log in as an administrator and revoke the suspect token.

Important note:
When you revoke the token of a user who has left your organisation, then you also need to deregister that user with your bank.
