SConnect Error (val: 4) or SConnect Error (val: 1)

You receive an error SConnect Error (val: 4) or SConnect Error (val: 1) during login to the 3SKey portal. Or you receive an error SConnect validation error: 4 or SConnect validation error: 1 when you install SConnect from the SConnect installation page on the 3SKey website

This message displays because SConnect was installed from a non-SWIFT source prior to logging in to the 3SKey portal. If the version of SConnect host installed from the non-SWIFT source is higher than version 2.13 then it will not be updated automatically during login to the 3SKey portal. The SWIFT SConnect extension cannot install over a non-SWIFT version of SConnect.

Solution: Please install SConnect host 2.15.1.0 for SWIFT. Download the .zip file, extract it then run sconnect-host-v2.15.1.0-swt.exe. This version works on SWIFT portals and on 3d party portals that use SConnect.
