Java issue

“Java has discovered application components that could indicate a security concern”

1	If you encounter the following error message when you attempt to login to the 3SKey portal.

2	Then go to the Java Control Panel.

(For Windows 7 and Vista, go to: Start > Control Panel > Programs > Java)
(For Windows XP, go to: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Java)

The Java Control Panel opens.

3	In the General tab click Settings

The Temporary Files Settings window opens.

4	Click "Delete files"

The following confirmation window opens.

5	Select "Applications and Applets"

Select Applications and Applets (or Cached Applications and Applets depending on the version of Java that is installed) and click OK.

6	Restart Internet Explorer and try again to login to the 3SKey portal.
