Change token password
Unable to login into the portal due to error "00021: Token and/or password incorrect"
When you connect to the 3SKey portal, you have to provide your password twice to log in to
your token and once to log in to the portal.
It may be because your password still contains a character that is not accepted anymore by
the portal due to the password policy.
In this case you will not be able to login to the portal to change the password and you need to follow the procedure below:
- Open the SafeNet Authentication Client, located at the bottom-right corner of your screen (
)
- Make sure your token is plugged in and recognized.
- Click on "Change token password"
- Enter the current password of the token
- Choose a new password, compliant with the password policy of the portal
- Click "OK"
Once the password has been changed correctly you will be able to login to the portal again.
