Error 01952 during the recovery of your certificate
"01952: Your operation failed due to internal error. Please try again after some time. If the problem persists, contact SWIFT support."
This message can show during a server maintenance operation in the weekend. Retry the operation at a later time, or contact Swift support if the issue persists.
This message also shows when you try to recover an old unique ID that remained inactive since June 2022. A unique ID inactive since June 2022 cannot be recovered. You must activate a new unique ID. Using an administrator token, you can reset the not-activated token that was setup for the recovery, then you can add it back to your user group and activate it normally.
We recommend that you renew expiring certificates during the 90-days renewal window before their expiry.
