Error during a Renewal operation on the 3SKey portal

Error "04023: Checking personal ID status failed" during Renewal

When you are renewing your token on the 3SKey portal you may get an error "04023: Checking personal ID status failed".

The 3SKey portal will be updated this weekend to resolve this problem. If possible we advise you to wait until March 25 2019 to renew your token.

If your token expires before March 25 2019 then contact your 3SKey administrator to follow the Recovery procedure to transfer your unique ID on your new token.

After the Recovery the old token will not be usable anymore. If your bank requires you to register the certificate of the new token please proceed with registration immediately to be able to use the new token as soon as possible.
