Problem logging in to the 3SKey portal using IE9 and Java 6 update 20,21,22 or 23

 

If you encounter problems logging in to the 3SKey portal using Internet Explorer 9 check the version of Java that is installed. With Internet Explorer 9 Java 1.6.0_24 is the minimum supported version. If your version is below that one please update to Java 1.6.0_24. If you wish to keep the version you have (minimum supported for 3SKey is 1.6.0_20) then add the 3SKey.com domain to Internet Explorer's Compatibility view settings:

1. In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Compatibility view settings. (Press the Alt key briefly if you don’t see the Tools menu)

 

2. In the Compatibility View Settings window, type 3skey.com and click Add.

 

 

3. Click Close, restart the browser and retry to login.
