Java applet is not loading and prevents login to 3SKey Portal

Problem logging in into the 3SKey portal using Java 7 update 51 or later

 

Since the latest Java release the security baseline has been increased and the login to the 3SKey portal might be blocked if you are using Java 7 update 51 or later.

 

To fix the issue, please perform the following steps:

• If you have Java 7 update 51 or later, then go to the Control Panel > Java > Security tab
  and click the "Edit Site List" button.

   

  
  
  

  Click on Add

  
  
  
  

  And add the https://www.3skey.com address as an exception

  
  
  

• If you have a previous version of Java and do not wish to update to the latest version then go to the Control Panel > Java > Security and lower the Security Level from High to Medium.
